The barbeque will run between 8am and 4pm. To start serving from 8am we would need some assistance from 7am for preparation.  For a successful day we would love to have 4 volunteers on each 1 hour shift.  You are more than welcome to volunteer for longer than a 1 hour shift.

To also support us with this BBQ we are accepting donations. Please drop off bottled water, cans of drinks, serviettes and/or new sauce bottles to the office by Monday 12 June.

At the BBQ we are also permitted to run a cake stall so if you love to bake, we would love your help by cooking a cake, biscuits or slice that we can sell, with all funds going back into Wooranna Park Primary School.  Please drop off your baked items to the front office on Friday 16 June. The items prepared must not require refrigeration, contain raw eff or have fresh cream.
